What payment options are available?

Credit card: Visa, Mastercard or American Express
Invoice: Only available in Scandinavia, UK, Germany and Switzerland.

What is the delivery time?

We dispatch your order as soon as we receive it and it will be sent by UPS. All orders will be packed and sent within 24 hours. The delivery time depends on where you live. Within Europe: 3-5 days. Outside Europe: 4-7 days.

Can I change or return an item?

You have the right to exchange your products within 30 days. The item(s) must be in perfect condition, unused and returned in original packaging. Your return order must be packed in a box or bag and you pay for the return freight.

How do I return an item?

Contact our Customer service within 30 days if you for some reason are unhappy with your purchase. State your order number and return reason. Please note that you are responsible for the cost for return freight and the transportation risk.
